Mindboggle on Scientific linux

Dear team,
thank you for the brilliant resource. Does anybody have experience ‘hand installing’ mindboggle on scientific linux (6.7, 64 bit) rather than Ubuntu? We can’t use Docker on our computing cluster and are running into problems using the linux install script on scilinux (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nipy/mindboggle/master/install/install_mindboggle.sh); and manual installation plus dependencies has not worked out so far :).

How about using Singularity instead of Docker?

Thank you we will give this a try - There’s some roadblocks for broader installs but we’ll try it!
