AP and PA directions convert to BIDS

Hi!

I have cmrr spin echo field map and DWI images acquired in 2 directions: AP and PA. How can I convert this to BIDS?

This sounds like a duplicate issue. In brief, you can look at the PhaseEncodingDirection field in the JSON file created by dcm2niix.

If you are using a dcm2niix wrapper like heudiconv, ezbids, bidskit, Dcm2Bids, or dac2bids, you may want to specify which tool you are using for wrapper specific advice.
