No, I don’t know what might be going on there. But it does seem to be an issue with your local setup, since the JSON files do parse.
Hey @effigies it does in fact look like some of the files that we store on the remote server that support our larger scale preprocessing and analysis needs were corrupted during a recent update of the server. Our primary contact with the server only clued us in on this possibility this past week and are currently working on backing up our existing analyses to local servers and searching for other options to run the pipeline to determine if that in fact was impeding its operation. Will keep you posted.
