We’ve been working on a major update to QSIPrep and are excited to announce that a release candidate is available for testing: version 26.1.0rc1.
Major new features include:
- Inclusion of TORTOISEv4 head motion / eddy current correction
- Synb0-generated fieldmapless distortion correction reference
- T2wreg from TORTOISEv4 for fieldmapless distortion correction
- GPU acceleration/toggling options for TORTOISE, Synb0, Synthstrip/Synthseg, eddy
- QSIPlan: see how input data will be grouped (including “virtual acquisitions”) before running QSIPrep.
- Gradient nonlinearity distortion correction using coef files or pre-computed displacement maps
- Hybrid fieldmap/registration-based susceptibility distortion correction
- Simplification of commandline arguments and more options for ignoring or forcing steps
