Thank you so much for your quick and detailed reply! It’s interesting to know that NiMARE’s NeurosynthDecoder is different from Neurosynth ROI approach, as we got a very similar result as Daniel’s result using NiMARE’s NeurosynthDecoder. I look forward to your ROI implementation.

Hi Xinhui,

I’ve added the ROIAssociationDecoder to NiMARE. It’s currently only available via the main branch on GitHub, but it will be included with version 0.0.10, when I get around to releasing that.
