docker info gives me Total Memory: 47.84 GiB. I’m running just Docker Engine.
I am not sure if this is related (or if it should go into another thread) but we were able to successfully run QSIprep version 0.24.1.dev0+gc6ac851.d20241114 on the same above data on a native Linux Ubuntu machine (I’ll have to ask for exact specs); however, the phase and magnitude images were combined, though we heard that shouldn’t have been an issue since v0.21.1?
