Glad it worked! Although I’d suggest you to double check the results because I’m doubtful about how fMRIPrep will digest those multi-echo EPIs.

I’d really appreciate you helped me debug this problem with the phase-difference method. Going back to your examples, I see that the failure happens with the field map on session 002. However, the JSON file you posted corresponds to session 001. I wonder whether the information is missing for session 002 only. Could you check on that json?

Attached are the phasediff reports from both ses001 and ses002.

With regards to the epi SDC methods, I have one reverse phase epi image for each echo time. I include the IntendedFor to link the reverse phase epi with the correct image. Looking at the html report, it seems as though a correct was applied successfully. Is there a better way to check this?
