I am a 3rd year biomedical engineering PhD student at the University of Florida. My lab is in the department of psychiatry and the Malcolm Randal Veterans Affairs center. I am currently working on a biophysical modeling project as well as a project using multimodal neuroimaging (MRI, MRS, and fMRI) to investigate emotional dysregulation in combat veterans with PTSD and/or TBI. My main languages are Python and R and I have a bit of experience developing workflows in nipype.
