I’m interested in using a vascular atlas to look at perfusion by different blood vessels to different vascular territories. Can the user specify a different atlas in the code if they have a nifti of the atlas or does it have to be integrated in the pipeline?
Users can’t request custom atlases in the workflow, but you can use a tool like Nilearn to extract CBF values from a given mask after running ASLPrep, as long as the mask and CBF data are in the same space.
