I have completed the pre-processing of my n-back task-based fMRI data using fmriprep. Now, I want to perform the feat analysis with FSL, incorporating my task characteristics. However, I cannot find any resources regarding the expected outputs. Does anyone know clearly what outputs I should expect after running the FEAT analysis with FSL?
This are the characteristics of my n-back task : Resolution: 2.5 × 2.5 × 2.5 mm, TE/TR = 40/2000 ms, Multiband factor = 4, 64 slices, 183 measurements. Duration: 7 m 12 seg. Partcipants: Old adults
