I’ve just run the latest MRIQC (23.1.0) on a set of 7T data and was wondering whether there was any paper mentioning benchmark values for BOLD and T1w images?
More specifically, given the study I’m reanalysing employed a partial brain slab focusing on subcortical areas I would be most interested in what SNR/ tSNR etc… values one can expect in the best of times for subcortical areas.
