A newbie question: What does the output of QSIprep mean?

I’m a newbie to cognitive neuroscience and recently fumbled around with QSIprep and QSIrecon’s analysis! However, at the moment I am faced with a question, QSIprep produces a large number of results, what are these results? What does it do? This embarrassed me. How do I go where to find out this information?

Hi @Ericson,

You can look at the description of the outputs in the QSIPrep documentation: Preprocessing — qsiprep version documentation

QSIPrep also has a paper you can look at: QSIPrep: an integrative platform for preprocessing and reconstructing diffusion MRI data | Nature Methods
