Hi, I used fmriprep to do slice-timing correction. The default slice reference of fmriprep is middle slice. Then, I used nipype calling spm to do 1st and 2nd analysis. As we all know, the default slice reference of spm is 1 slice.
So, Does this affect my analysis? such as generate design matrix.
And, it will affect. How do I set the parameter in nipype?
