Hi all - During week 3’s instructor Q & A session there was a question and subsequent discussion of zygosity in ABCD.
I did some hunting and wanted to follow up. Zygosity is a measure that is indeed available in the ABCD dataset. This subject measure is distributed in the preprocessed Rds file available on the NDA: https://nda.nih.gov/study.html?id=796
It is a measure derived from the genetic data, not a parent report. More information can be found in the notes document in the above link. Further information about the derivation of the Zygosity measure can be found in the release notes here: https://nda.nih.gov/edit_collection.html?id=2573
