I was using cpac default pipeline (version 1.8.4.dev). I found some questions from the CPAC Pipeline Configuration YAML file.
Why c-pac pipeline have no censoring step, such as deleting time points whose FD > 0.5mm or do some interpolation for these time points?
Or maybe I could perform quality control by excluding individuals whose mean FD is greater than 0.5mm?
And do you suggest to remove first few time points for the preprocession of fMRI? I find the default pipeline didn’t do this.
