Access to some unavailable second imaging sessions in dHCP for longitudinal analysis

Dear dHCP team,

I am trying to perform a longitudinal analysis of early brain development using dHCP data. While checking the Release 2 participant metadata, I noticed that some participants have a second imaging session listed, but I could not locate some of them in the released datasets (either Release 2 or Release 3).

For example, the following resting-state fMRI sessions are listed in the Release 2 participant information file, but I could not locate them in the released datasets:

  • sub-CC00370XX08_ses-205500

  • sub-CC00413XX09_ses-188400

  • sub-CC00309BN12_ses-204400

  • sub-CC00789XX23_ses-170000

  • sub-CC00639XX21_ses-166600

Could you please clarify whether these second imaging sessions are available to researchers and whether there is a procedure for requesting access to them?

My main interest is conducting longitudinal analyses within a specific developmental age range, so access to these fMRI sessions would be valuable for my research.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,
Roxana
