aCompCor combines signal from from both white matter and CSF. However, if ventricles are too small to accurately extract signal from CSF only white matter ROIs will be used.
Because we cannot reliably extract CSF signals (in cases of people with small ventricles) we did not include a column with mean CSF signal in the participants.tsv file.
