Add custom NIFTI parcellation atlas to XCP-D

Hi All,

I would like to add a custom NIFTI parcellation atlas to the XCP-D functional connectivity outputs, alongside the standard parcellations that you have in deta/niftiatlas (within the xcp_d site_packages folder). I’m looking to put it alongside the gordon and schaefer atlases etc. Is there a way to do this?

XCP-D doesn’t currently have any way to add extra atlases, but you can use Nilearn to parcellate the denoised (but unsmoothed) output nifti, as long as the atlas you want to use is in the same space as the output file.
