Adding more datasets to FairlyBig results

I use FairlyBig for running BIDS apps and tracking the results in datalad. After processing a number of relatively large datasets this way, I’m now running into a situation where a few subjects have been added to the input datasets and I’d like to process them alongside the already-processed subjects.

Has anyone successfully tried something like this?

I am also interested in knowing how to do this within the fairlybig framework, i will eventually add a few more subjects to the input dataset which i will have to preprocess. Were you able to solve this?
