I use FairlyBig for running BIDS apps and tracking the results in datalad. After processing a number of relatively large datasets this way, I’m now running into a situation where a few subjects have been added to the input datasets and I’d like to process them alongside the already-processed subjects.
Has anyone successfully tried something like this?
