I am trying to move all of my nipype working directories to a larger hard drive. However, my workflows no longer work, presumably because the paths in the .pklz files (associated with nipype node traversal) no longer point to existing data. What would be the best way to achieve this migration, without having to regenerate all the data? I have tried to run the workflows with the updatehash option set to True, but this does not help.
