Hi, Everyone-

We are pleased to announce an upcoming AFNI Bootcamp, which will be held virtually from Jan. 27-29, 2026. This workshop covers theory and (a lot of) practice of FMRI data analysis and visualization.

This course will focus on:

  • MRI data visualization
  • alignment, template/atlas selection, and linear regression
  • single subject FMRI analysis and quality control
  • group analysis, data modeling and results reporting.

Registration is free and open to both NIH and non-NIH researchers. Details and links to registration and useful background/preparation material are here.
