Align to start of TR in fmriprep slice time correction?

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to realign functional data to the beginning of the TR instead of the middle of the TR in fmriprep’s slice time correction?

Hi @ayab, this would need to add a tzero parameter to the AFNI Tshift step. If you would like to contribute this, could you open an issue over on https://github.com/poldracklab/fmriprep/issues?
