Hi everyone,
I’m working with ADNI PET scans and facing alignment issues during SPM analysis. I provided an image below showing how voxel clusters are appearing outside of the brain’s anatomical boundaries. I am new to SPM12 and did not do any preprocessing within the application as I took the scans straight from ADNI which are all already Coreg, Avg, Std Img and Vox Siz, Uniform Resolution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
