Hi all, I understand the denoising algorithm in ants is adaptive meaning that the denoising strength depends on the local noise. I plan to use it for structural T1-weighted images. In psychophysiological data (e.g., pupil size) segments or participants with large levels of interpolation (e.g., > 30% or 50% of interpolated data) are typically excluded as indicative of large presence of artifacts . Can we use the same logic here? is there a way to calculate how much denoising has been applied? does it make sense to look at/count the voxels that have been changed and how much these have changed? Or does it make sense to look how it affects the SNR? Any feedback super appreciated
