We have processed PCASL data using aslprep. Thereafter, we wanted to explore quality control indicators to see which data to exclude. We looked at aslprep paper and we saw they excluded those participants with framewise displacement greater than 1mm, and those with GM/WM ratio lower than 1. In the case of GM/WM ratio, should we use the one reported by aslprep though we are using cbf results from basil?
Moreover, are there any other QC measurements we may take into account? Does anyone know another paper with different measurements and/or references for FD or GM/WM ratio? Is there any possibility to reduce FD?
