Assistance using Docker on Windows for Mindboggle

I am unfamiliar with implementing Docker containers and I have been unable to run mindboggle on the example dataset.

Does anyone have any experience using Windows Docker for mindboggle and would be willing to assist with running the sample data set.

I have been able to install mindboggle, but nothing else. In particular, I am not clear on the how to set the PATHs appropriately as indicated in the ‘Software’ section of the MindBoggle page.
