Authentication with OAuth?

Hi DataLad experts,
We are considering the use of ORCID for federated authentication in the Canadian Open Neuroscience Platform. Assuming that storage platforms support ORCID authentication (using OAuth2), will DataLad be able to use ORCID credentials (or an OAuth token) to authenticate to these platforms?

Let’s talk on that as soon as you have some (loris?) instance running which supports OAuth authentication from ORCID. Nothing is impossible! just might need a bit of work and it is easier to do it while having a clear use case at hands.
