Autoenable gin sibling when cloning from somewhere else

Hi,

I am trying to publish a datalad dataset, and I found it quite easy to publish to gin. However, in a perfect world, I would like to also publish the dataset to github so that people who datalad clone from github get a gin sibling automatically configured, which can then be used to datalad get the annexed data without further configuration. Is that possible?
