Automatic way to visualize Workflow/Pipeline output images

Hi all,

I recently used the all_peb_pipeline of nipype to preprocess my diffusion data.
I would like to visually check if the different correction methods worked for all my subjects. And I want to have a nicely and easy way to do it quickly :wink:

I have two questions :

  1. Is there any automatic way to generate snapshots associated to output images of a pipeline (or a workflow) in nipype ?
    (for example like Freesurfer QATools for Freesurfer recon-all via a combination of html/jpg files)

  2. If not, is there a standard procedure or example in nipype to create this kind of visualization of an existing workflow ?
