does anybody know if there are any openly accessible benchmarks for classifying rs-fMRI, e.g. into two groups like healthy vs. patient or some other? We are looking for something in the style of the recent publication by Dadi 2019 (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1053811919301594 & https://github.com/KamalakerDadi/benchmark_rsfMRI_prediction), which is a very good contribution. But unfortunately, the raw data without pre-segmentation are not openly accessible, particularly minimally preprocessed data. Is there anything like this openly available, so it can be used as a benchmark for testing new classification/feature selection algorithms?
