Assuming I want to compare two groups, but there are differences between the acquisition protocols (one group work one protocol and the second group with different protocol).
How would you prove that the contrast is due to non confounding differences?
(For instance- could have shown that some signal stats are similar on both groups? )
Any standard procedure for this common issue?
