We have some data that we would like to upload to OpenNeuro. Among other things, the data include some ASL scans. I see that the status of BEP0005 (which extends the BIDS spec to cover ASL) is listed as “nearly completed”. Is it possible to upload data to OpenNeuro that follows a not-yet-complete BEP? If not, what are the best practices/recommendations for publishing scan types (like ASL) that aren’t supported by BIDS? And if so, is there anything to be aware of? (For example, do we need to worry about changes between the current draft and the final, accepted BEP that may cause our data not to comply?)
