A collaborator recently sent us a diffusion sequence with an associated pair of EPI sequences used for distortion correction. The 2 EPI sequences have diffusion gradients associated with them (i.e. in their headers); both EPIs only consist of b0 images.
For BIDS conversion, I was thinking of (1) deleting the corresponding gradient information and (2) relabeling the EPI images as fmap/*epi.nii. Does it make sense to do it this way?
