Is there a ‘quick’ way to convert BIDS events files into EV’s for FSL/FEAT?
I’m wondering if anyone has developed any BIDS standards for converting between BIDS and FEAT files in general. I see standards for event files and image files but not design files (e.g. design/contrast matrices) nor FEAT parameter files (.fsf files).
If not, a few of us across some institutions: UMN, OHSU, UVM, are considering such a BIDS extention proposal (BEP) to enable accessiblility to the tool. We will also extend BIDS filemapper extension to enable automated conversion. #bids
