BIDS for DTI, ASL and derivatives

Hi All,
Have some doubts regarding the bids format that I could not find in the specification documentation.

  1. Do DTI source images go under dwi directory and if so are there any naming conventions for the same?
  2. Where do ASL data go under?
  3. Most of the documentation was addressed towards arranging the source data, are there any bids specification on how to arrange the derivative directory?

Yes they do and the naming convention is the same. This is because Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) is a form of modelling of Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) data not a distinct form of data.

ASL is not part of the spec yet, but there is a extension proposal you should look into here
