I have a scan that was interrupted in the middle and therefore cut into two separate scans. Is there a place to put both parts of the run and somewhere to explain the run was cut?
For now I created a separate run file under func, but I’m unsure how to record the fact that there are two parts of the same scan that was interupted?

Perhaps you can use the acq-XX label to indicate a partial acquisition (e.g, acq-part1 and acq-part2), unless the acq field is already being used for something else.

yup that sounds like a good approach to me
would also add a note in the README of the dataset to explain what happened
