Hello,
we have collected physio data (ECG and respiration) with the Brain Vision Recorder (i.e., output files *.eeg, *.vhdr and *.vmrk) and would like to integrate it in our BIDS dataset.
From what I understand is that we would need *.tsv.gz files for the data and *.json files for the metadata for both the continuous recordings and the time-based markers or am I mistaken (fairly new to both physio recordings and the BIDS data structure)?
Does anyone have experience in converting these or is it possible to integrate the original data structure as well (but I do get error messages when validating my BIDS structure).
