Any idea why an arterial spin type would be relevant to respiration, pulse, etc.? Running into this error when I BIDS-validate on openneuro… and only for some physio files?
It seems to think the physio data is MRI data.
@kbond Looks like a bug in the valdiator, made an issue for it and will try to get a fix out soon:
If I’m reading the continuous recording validation code correctly it loooks like the issue is being generated because the tsv.gz file has no sidecar json file.
