Bids validator errorrs in anat,perf,fmri,dwi

Hi experts,

I am new to BIDS. I can see my folder structures and naming conventions look okay, but I am getting errors when running bids validator. Could you please help me to understand how to sort this out. I have attached error log file. Thanks.
