to teach an undergraduate course on Neuropsychology. (This tool is from Yale.)
I have 2 questions:

I cannot find any way to segment an ROI across brains and measure it. I can only segment by hand. Is there another way?

Using their image processing tool, I can open T1 scans from OpenNeuro (URL & title below)
and I can get the Yale 2mm atlas to overlay it, but they are out of register, which is suboptimal for teaching students who don’t know their cerebellar vermis from their lenticular nucleus. So does anyone know how to fix the register problem?
