Hello Everyone,
If anyone used hdbet tool for brain skull stripping for human brain, would you please help me how do use it. as for animal brain(pig brain) manual skull stripping has been really time consuming.
simply the
hdbet T1.nii.gz brain.nii.gz -f 0.3 -g 0 simply did not work obviously. what module or libraries do I need.
If someone can help me understand that would be really great.
