I want to run CAT12’s segmentation on a single subject. Just wanted to sanity-check if it’s also possible to speed up the process using within-subject parallelization? If I read the docs correctly, this seems not be possible? The only option I find is “Split job into separate processes” but this refers only to between-subject parallelization (I only pass one single file to CAT12 though). Here’s a screenshot:
