Hi,
I am trying to register the Yeo2011 MNI atlas (CorticalParcellation_Yeo2011 - Free Surfer Wiki) to my subject’s brain.
The Yeo atlas and my subject brain seem to have different orientations
Yeo atlas has LIA orientation with primary slice direction being coronal.
Subject brain has RAS orientation with primary slice direction being axial.
I tried using FSL’s FLIRT and FNIRT commands but it didn’t work. The result is a blank image (all black on FSLeyes).
I also tried using fslreorient2std to move atlas to RAS space but result is again a blank image.
Could you please advice on how I can register the atlas and see it on my subject brain?
