Dear CAT12 users and experts,
Has anyone else run into this issue? In the latest versions of CAT12 (12.8 forward), running cat_batch_cat.sh from the command line has not produced the segmented volume images in the QC report. The surface thickness images are still produced fine.
I’ve tried running this on multiple different Macs including both Intel and M1-based with no difference (although the M1 you need to use option -p, otherwise it fails). Interestingly, it does produce the summary images correctly if I run it from the Matlab GUI. It also produces the correct summary images when using prior versions of CAT12.
