Hi all - I am trying to do some longitudinal MRI analysis for two time points using CAT12 (12.7) on SPM12 on linux and I keep running into the error shown below. I have no directory called “Volumes” so I am unsure why the script is making reference to this directory or how to change this. Is there anyone who has encountered a similar error and is able to shed some light on how to proceed?
03-Jan-2022 12:31:54 - Done ‘Run Shooting (create Templates)’
03-Jan-2022 12:31:55 - Running ‘Resize images’
03-Jan-2022 12:31:55 - Failed ‘Resize images’
