Dear CAT12 expert.
I’ve been using CAT12 for segmentation, and I’ve noticed that sometimes the generated PDF report contains only the figure, without the preprocessing quality metrics. Interestingly, MATLAB does not display any error messages during the process.
Do you know what might cause this issue, and is there anything I can check or modify to ensure the quality values are included in the report?
I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions you could provide.
