I manually segmented hippocampal subregions based on high-resolution T2 images (only focus on the hippocampus, native space) and would like to coregister them with the functional image (whole brain, MNI space, preprocessed with fMRIprep) to create masks. I’m wondering if there is any python package/functions that could help me realize this?
