Hi all, wondering what exact formula one would use to convert a connectivity finding from a repeated measures analysis into a cohen’s d effect size.
I have a difference of .13 - would I divide this by the standard deviation across all individual connectivity values (Fisher’s values) for both pre and post connectivity outcomes? I see the formula d = mean difference/ SD
