Hi everyone,
I am looking for some research papers or any insight from anyone that has done something similar.
I am attempting to combine both fMRI data and dMRI data to construct a structro-functional connectome. The idea being to create a graph representation of the brain with edges being the number of streamlines between 2 functional regions, and the node signals being the strength of correlation between that node and every other node in the graph.
Does anyone have any research in this area that I could read for more ideas? Or has anyone tried anything like this before?
