Combining two surface gifti and a subcortical nifti file into a cifti file in Python/ Connectome WB

Hi all,

I wanted to ask whether it was possible/ the best way to combine two surface giftis from the left and right hemisphere and a subcortical nifti into one cifti?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Perhaps the Connectome Workbench wb_command -cifti-create-dense-scalar command can be of help. See also this thread.

Hi,

This is the exact command I ended up using:

wb_command -cifti-create-dense-scalar sub.sulc.32k.dscalar.nii -left-metric sub.L.sulc.32k.shape.gii -right-metric sub.R.sulc.32k.shape.gii

You should just need to replace the output and input filenames.
